Official Rules — Talon Strike Contests

These rules apply to the contests run by Surber Enterprises for the mobile game Talon Strike.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, these contests. They are run solely by Surber Enterprises. Any questions, comments, or complaints about a contest should be sent to Surber Enterprises, not to Apple.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win either contest. Buying Remove Ads or the Customization Pack does not improve your chances and is not required. Void where prohibited by law.

Who can enter

• Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older, or who have a parent or guardian's permission to enter, at the time of entry.
• Limit one entry per person per contest. Duplicate or multiple accounts, automated entries, and entries made by cheating or exploiting a game bug will be disqualified.

Contest 1: The Download Milestone Giveaways (on TikTok)

• To enter, follow @talonstrikeapp on TikTok. You must still be following when a winner is selected.
• Each time Talon Strike reaches another 1,000 cumulative App Store downloads (1,000, 2,000, and so on up to 10,000), one winner is selected. The giveaways end after the 10,000 download milestone, so there are at most 10 winners. Download counts are tracked by our internal analytics, and a milestone may be reached at any time.
• Each winner is selected at random from eligible followers after the milestone is reached, and is announced publicly on TikTok within 7 days. A person can win only once during the giveaways.
• The winner will be contacted by TikTok direct message and has 14 days to respond before an alternate winner may be selected.
• These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.

Contest 2: The Furthest Flight Challenge (in the app)

• How to enter: finish a run in Talon Strike and tap Share Run. The first time, you will enter your name, email address, and phone number and confirm that you are eligible. Your wave reached, a device identifier, and the time of submission are sent automatically with your entry.
• Contest period: the start and end dates are announced on TikTok (@talonstrikeapp) before the contest opens. Only entries submitted during the announced period count.
• Winner: the eligible entrant with the highest wave reached during the contest period. If entrants tie, the earliest submission wins.
• Verification: we may ask the apparent winner for a screen recording of the run, and we may disqualify any entry that we believe was altered, faked, or achieved by exploiting a bug. Our decisions are final.
• The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number submitted with the entry and has 14 days to respond before an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

Contest 1 awards a $100 USD prize at each milestone, up to ten prizes and $1,000 in total. Contest 2 awards one $1,000 USD prize. Every prize is a one-time cash payment, delivered by a method agreed with the winner. Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Your information

The information you submit to enter (name, email address, phone number, wave reached, a device identifier, and the time of submission) is used only to run the contest, verify eligibility, and contact winners. It is not used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

General

• We may verify eligibility, disqualify any entry that violates these rules, and modify, suspend, or cancel a contest if fraud, a technical failure, or anything outside our control affects its fairness.
• These rules may be updated. The current version is always available in the app (Settings, then Contest Rules) and at playtalonstrike.com/rules.html.
